Quality-Related Issues
Defective or damaged products
Missing parts or components
ncorrect item received
For quality-related issues, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost, you don't need to pay for the shipping fee.
Non-Quality-Related Issues
Change of mind
Ordered the wrong item
No longer needed
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or special promotion items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once your request is approved:
1. Detailed Instructions: Comprehensive step-by-step return guidance will be provided directly via email within 2 business days.
2. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
3. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
4. For exchanges, replacement orders will be processed within 2 business days after approval, and new tracking information will be provided.

We manage international returns through our regional operations network. Based on your location, your return will be handled by one of our designated centers below:

Warranty
All products are covered by a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds
You may qualify for a full refund if:
1. Your order is canceled before shipment
2. The item arrives damaged or defective
3. The wrong item was delivered
4. Your package is confirmed lost in transit
5. The package is returned to us due to carrier issues
Partial Refunds
The following deductions may apply:
For returns due to personal reasons, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a free promotional gift was included with the order and is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
Returned items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us and your payment provider for further assistance.
Important Notes
All return and exchange requests require prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Items must be returned in good condition with all original accessories and components included.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
