International Returns Process
To serve our global customers efficiently, Retro Chic operates returns centers in multiple regions. Depending on your original shipment method and location, you may be instructed to return your item to either our:
United Kingdom hub (for European orders)
China hub (for Asia-Pacific and international orders)
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we require that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or national registered post). Please retain your proof of postage until the refund is completed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Order Cancellation and Amendments
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend it. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 15 business days from the date of delivery.
Return Process

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Returns for Non-Faulty Items
For returns or exchanges that are not due to product issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Refund Process
