Order Cancellation and Amendments
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend it. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 15 business days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at retrochic.enquiry@gmail.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Returns for Non-Faulty Items
For returns or exchanges that are not due to product issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
