Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 5 -10 business day after payment is received.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses located in the United States and other regional fulfillment centers. To provide faster delivery, orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the destination whenever possible.

Orders below $199 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination whenever possible.

Standard delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes to the shipping address, product selection, or order cancellation may no longer be possible.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable customs duties may be covered for certain destinations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
